ORIGINAL: 3 Shot

South Dakota, Whitetails, Mulies, Limited Elk, lots of fun.
Don't forget the world's greatest pheasant hunting, great turkey areas, and lots of coyotes and prairie dogs. Plus they do give out a few licenses for mountain goat, bighorn sheep and bison.

We're getting more mountain lions every day. Just no season on them yet.

Northern Minnesota has a lot to offer, too.

I'd have to join the SD camp also. You guys forgot about antelope, grouse and partridge. Throw in the Missouri river for walleye and northern pike and the Black Hills for trout. Thousands of acres of quality, uncrowded public land and pay hunting, except for pheasants and rifle deer, and it is hard to beat. I almost forgot about the waterfowl hunting, doesn't get much better in the central flyway.
