Nice looking deer, I can't believe you got it back in 6 weeks. My taxidermist takes at least a year, and he only accepts 50 mounts a season. The reason for only accepting 50 is, he says he wants t devote as much time as possible to each mount and does not want to be rushed and that it is his part time job.

Nice mount. I have a friend do mine and a year is about right. He's no professional, but his mounts look like it. Guess it's worth the wait for the quality and LOW price.

he does his painting in the warmer months and taxidermy in the fall....i don't think he had alot of work and he does his own taning so there's no wait for the hides to get back to him....and the work he did have in the shop all looked good....he also went through the PA institute of taxidermy so i think he's on the up and up....when i brought my deer to him back on the 2nd of nov mine was only the 10th one he had........i talked to him before i walked out the door with it cause of getting it back so soon....can only go buy what he says for now and haven't heard anything bad bout him..............bob

very nice looking mount. 6 WEEKS holy crap. I took my deer to the taxi and it is going to take about 18 months to get back... does this guy do alot of deer heads? the taxi that i brought mine to does about 450 heads a year.
