What would You Do
I m wondering what and where i should hunt. This is a worded picture of my land. To the north theres swamp and cattails. West theres a bean field. South theres a stubble field. And to the east theres guys hunting with muzzleloaders in the adjecent woods. I plan on bringing a climer stand in the woods near the catails is very thick. Do you think deer might run to this swamp? Also i think the second rut might begin this weekend. PS im from NORTHERN MINNESOTA

everytime i've hunted an area of woods around a swamp the deer seem to run there when they're hit or get scared. I've found many "lost deer" remains in and around those swamps as well so the deer go to the swamps but it seems like everytime i see them there they're escaping pressure but with the muzzleloader hunters hunting to the east, if they spook any deer they might head that way.
