MAJOR BUCK!!!!!! Dilema!!!
#21
I only hunt with my bow. I don't even own a firearm anymore except a muzzleloader I got as a gift a couple years back, It has never seen the woods.
I personally would rather watch a 190" buck walk by at 50 yards then shoot it with a firearm.
Thats just me though.
Good luck whatever you choose.

Having the chance to take a buck of a life time only happens once in a life time for most hunters if any? There are lots of bucks your going to see and not get when bowhunting. Thats just the way bowhunting is? But when you do get one its always a better felling than say with a gun! So (IMO) TAKE THE LIBERTY! And lets see some pics!!!!

I don't see how it matters what you use. Why should a bowhunter get more respect than a rifle hunter? Just because it might be harder to take a deer with a bow? That's like saying "I'm gonna fish for 10lb bass with 2lb line so I'll get more respect when I catch a big one". Give me a break. As long as you make a clean shot I don't care what you take it with. I say go with whatever you're most comfortable and have fun! Good luck to ya, hope you at least get to see him.

Kansasdeehunter your statement is rediculous
bowhunting is harder
You have to know how to pattern deer and get it within about 25 yards of you (about the average in america)
You can barely move this hole time as deer are so keen to seeing you when you draw, turn around, etc
You cant just go sit in a cornfeild with blue jeans and a blue flannel and shoot deer like you can rifle hunting
