I killed a nice buck fri. night so I am done buck hunting ( 1 buck only in Ohio ) and have filled a urban doe tag . I am a little down no more thinking about how/where to hunt that nigh or morning ,no more even caring if I have to work over , just have to score the rack and wait till the pic are back to post. I have nothing to look forword to till I go gun hunting in 2 weeks and next bow season in 10 1/2 months .

Yes, nothing left to do but sweep up once the dance is over. Kinda depressing.

There are lots of off season bowhunting oppurnunities. Take a trip down to Texas for a hog hunt. Lots of small game seasons during the winter. Shoot some winter leagues. Just some ideas.

Yeah I know where your coming from. Like MO said there are alot of other opportunities to hunt and shoot but there's nothing like getting ready to whitetail hunt. I have one more Saturday before the WV gun seasons start. After that there's a slim chance that I'll get to hunt again around Christmas but since I'm not a gun hunter this Saturday is my last chance to hunt before they get chased all over hell.[]

I also used up my only buck tag this weekend. It was well worth it. I still have a doe tag to use. I had been hunting pretty hard for a couple of weeks, I needed something to happen soon. Now the pressures off I can relax again and go after that doe!
