Broken Wheel Replaced - No Charge!
Just thought I would pass along another company that treats their customers well!!
I bought a Big Foot Folding Game Cart 13 months ago, recently
broke a wheel ( thats a long story ) I contacted the company
planning to buy a replacement wheel. I was asked how long I had it,
I told them I had it for 13 months. They said well it had a years
warrenty (I didn't even know that) and they would make it good.
I received my wheel, and they even paid the shipping!
