definately a very rare deer. i would have a hard time shooting a button buck albine or piebald but a doe would get shot the first chance I got. good job on the deer.

i saw an albino yearling on my hunting land right before season this year. i hope if/when I get a chance to see or shoot it that it doesnt turn out to be a button. i think i may be tempted to pass it up to see what it will look like in a couple years

awesome! I normally wouldn't shoot a button either, but this is a little bit different! Outstanding trophy... I'd just hate to inquire as to how much a full body mount would cost.

I have several pic's of it....one more appropriate(me behind the animal with my bow), but I think field mouse chose that one because the white/brown features stand out the most in that pic.

I'm sure if he still has the link to the album, that he will post another pic.

I didn't relize this buck was a button buck until I approached the animal after the shot.

And the full body mount is going to run me just over $500.

It is a inferior gene deer like all them piebalds.I normally would not shoot a button either. But that would be a exception. It does need a good brushing,It is having a bad hair day

That's a heck of a bit cheaper than I would have suspected, High Country! Congrats again on your trophy.

Cool deer. Definately a trophy, just not a huge buck. Congrats though. IMO he'd be tough to pass if I couldn't confirm he was a button.

Field mouse,
I love the mount. It dose look great under the staircase in the foyer.
