Default Scored in PA (PICS)

well some of you may remember my post a couple weeks go (steelforce=no blood trail) and some of you doubted my hit so im finnaly getting some pics of my buck up, i shot this buck while stillhunting in a creekbottom, it doesnt have much width but the G2's were 8 and a half inches and the brow tines were 5 inches, almost thought about getting it mounted because of the way i shot it it was bedded down and i snuck right up on it. well time to go get a doe now!!

way to go bow hunter limerick, not guessing your shot but that deers got a dry mouth, how long on recovery, btw if your thinking about getting it mounted do it now , later down the road you'll find ever excuse in the book not to, so do it now and enjoy it, very cool story

yes you are right the recovery was not till the next day with what i thought was about a perfect shot on the deer we found not one drop of blood not one drop and i recovered it by following its scuff marks in the leaves, as for IUP it is an awesome school, that would be soo cool if you would come here next year and maybe i could have another bowhunting partner my hometown of punxsutawney is about 20 minutes away so i know alot of good spots, i am also trying to start an archery/bowhunting club here so maybe it will be up and running by then thanks for all the replys guys, also what do ya t hink about mounting that buck ( please be honest) and why do you think the cause for no blood wiht a shot like that it exited out below the hind quarter the hole you see is the entrance shot, thanks again guys
