Heck yeah I'd get it mounted!!! I like that crab claw on the left side there. It's a dandy and I bet you can't find a dozen hunters on this board that have stilled hunted up on a buck and taken him with a bow. That's something to be Damn proud of.

Get him mounted!!!!

Way to go! It's odd that you didn't have a blood trail , it looks like great shot placement.

Sounds like a great hunt. Stalked up to it and shot it laying down. I don't think I have enough kahunas to spot and stalk like that. Great job.

well done, I love stalking stuff. Personally I enjoy it much more than sitting in a stand.

Nice buck, congrats. You said you wanted an honest opinion, I would probably have that deer European mounted. But I feel that it is up to what the hunter himself thinks, if you want to mount then mount it It doesn't matter what everyone else thinks, as long as you're happy with it. To each his own, that's what I say. Congrats again on the deer.

I agree with Millertime, european mount. I have two euro mounts and like them better than my shoulder mount. It is just so cool looking. And clean! Also people enjoy being able to pick up the antlers and scull to "check it out" . I'd definately go eruopean. I am not getting another shoulder mount until (if) I get a 150". Nice looking buck.
