I am a Bowhunter I have shot competion for years started in the mid 60's in the NFAA way before there was any 3D animals. I loved it but it was all just for practice to hunt. I have shot all over the country in IBO and it also was just for practice.

guess i'm an archer who likes to bowhunt since i let about 99% walk by. I just get a kick being that close. figure if i'm that close-i win the game and don't have any of the extra work (after the harvest). prefer scouting rather than the harvesting. weird huh?

Both....I shot archery for three years without ever hunting and always enjoyed the venison others brought in the range to share....now I get my own and it's alot more fun than shooting at paper and alot more challenging....

Gutshot!

I guess I'd class myself in the same category a yourself ,a archer who like's to bowhunt .I go to the range at least once or twice a week during the off season just because I like to shoot .I don't usually go to any tournament's but I do shoot lot's ,I would shoot at the range more if it were closer {30miles} but I'll shoot in the back yard a couple of times a week as well so 4 out of 7 isn't bad for the off season. I don't usually shoot too much during hunting season and I know I should but it's also hockey season and the family need's my attention as well.

I dunno, I just feel good hitting what I'm aiming at, weather it be a spot on a target or a spot on some fur. Sometimes it's a spot on some fir tree.
