Default New york opener, Washed..

I,m from Jersey but I love opening day in new york,I take off work every year. There's just something about being ontop a mountain when the sunrises that first morning.I hunt In Liberty right next to calicoon center,And like last year it looks like it's gonna be a washout from what the news channels say by me but I am 2 hour drive away.Anyone from that area seeing the same on there news channel also.

Callin for 6 straight days of rain in delaware/schoharie county - fun.

I love hunting in the rain but we've had about 8 billion inches of it this year so far - enough is enough...lol. drizzle in am turning into t-storms by afternoon with the next 2 days being windy 25-35mph.

Good luck guys

Gonna skip the archery opener (ontario county SZ) and take in a few days muzzleloading up in Fish Creek WMA by Black Lake. Hopefully the weather breaks by time I get back next week.

Good luck to all you NYS Bowhunters!
