My opinion, 3.5.
He doesn't have the pronounced jowls or the hanging pot belly. He still looks somewhat thin and young in the body.
I would also shoot him first chance I got!

Shadow,
He is probablly a "official" 9 point, but in PA, he would be a 12 or 13. I have other pics of him from when he was in velvet and you can see them. There are 3 little stickers off the bottom of his bases, you can see one in this pic. They probablly aren't legal points, but in PA they count
Now, another thing that my best friend pointed out is that this bucks front left leg (his front left leg) looks to be messed up. Right above the hoof seems awfully thick compared to his other legs.

Awesome buck. I hope you tag him this year BuckMagnet. Goodluck, and when you do put him on the ground...get some nice pic's of that rack.
As for the age....3 1/2 if you ask me.

PA points!! I've heard it all now. You should get him to smile so you can count the teeth as points also!!
Just kidding. Nice deer, Maybe need one year on that rack though.

Buck,
Nice buck, very nice, I hope you get a crack at him this season! From looking at that buck I would agree hes about 3.5 this year and probably a 200 lb buck give or take a few pounds live weight. He looks like a 130 class type grossing deer. He really has nice mass in his main beams.
But the only way we will truely know is when you get some more pictures of him with your bow draped over his body! best of luck !
