Of all the broadheads you've shot what ones shot the best for you in both group and matching field points? I have been doing some testing and haven't found any thing to out shoot my Muzzys, I wanted to try out Stingers this year but for some reason they would not group well. Let me know what you like. Thanks Jim

Well to be honest with you I haven't shot many since I switched from Thunderheads to Muzzy's more than 10 years ago...my Muzzy's would shoot about an inch low left of my field points so with a slight sight adjustment...they'd be dead nutz out to 70 yards...yes that's right, 70 when I was practicing for an elk hunt...now I didn't say I'd take that shot, I just wanted to know I could....it made the 33 yards shot a chippy.

I used to shoot Satelite TNT mags before they were discontinued. They were my favorite heads by far and away. Since I can't get them anylonger I'm shooting 125g 3 blade Muzzy heads. I've been happy with their proformance so far.

That's impressive with field points let alone Muzzy heads. You aren't by chance a relative of William Tell are you?

I hunt with Muzzy 100gr as well. But I also have some 100gr GFK Hornets and some 100gr Crimson Talons that will hit right with the Muzzy's.

I wish, it's just too many years shooting competition. My partner on my elk hunt had a shop and a 40 target 3D course...we were ready for anything come the trip. My 60 yard pin was dead on and at 70 yards we nailed the ten ring on one of his elk targets everytime. Oddly enough the bottom of the site was the right distance past the 60 yard mark for 70. Like I said, I had no intention of taking a shot like that, hell you couldn't see 40 yards in the timber but it was nice knowing I could...like I said, it made the 33 yards shot seeminly simple...although I was shaking...alittle.

Notice the red on that white vaned arrow.

My wasps and my montecs group with my field points out to 80 yards. If the wind is really blowing though, the broadheads are more affected than the fieldpoints.

This is my first bow hunting season. I use Muzzy 100gr and am real happy with how they group with my field points and see no reason to change. I may experiement after season.

Whoa 70 yards.

I've used a variety of head and for the past two I've used innerloc 135 grain on deer. I still use my Stos two bladed 145 grain on elk. Other heads that I like are Muzzy 145 grain, and Magnus 150 grain.
