Howdy,
Maybe a dumb question here but I gotta ask it. Is there anywhere that shows how these climbing treestands work. I think they would be good for packing around the woods but I havent quite figured out how you climb and move the two sections up the tree.
Any input or links would be appreciated.
TIA
Tim

find a pro shop or like bass-pro,gun shop that sells them.they will show you some will let you try them.it's kinda hard to explain if you are not looking at one.
most you just strap it to your feet, stand up and sit down, stand up,sit down.thats all there is to it.
I am not a hunter I am a whitetail population reduction specialest
remember keep your back to the sun, your knife sharp, and your powder dry.

you need to make sure that you know the RIGHT WAY TO USE THE STAND--SO YOU DON'T END UP IN A WHEEL CHAIR OR WORSE!USING A CLIMBING STAND SHOULD BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY.IF YOU'RE GONNA DO IT--DO IT THE RIGHT WAY.

tmark,
Go to http://www.treelounge.com
I believe, you can down load video footage of their climbing stands at their website.
They will even send you a free video of their stands.
You just sign up for one at their site.

Summit provides a video with every stand they sell, it explains tree stand saftey, how to climb safely, and tips on how to get the most out of your stand. I happen to have an extra one laying around if your interested I can mail it to you. I am sure your local proshop would be more than happy to help you out as well.

I believe most manufacturers provide a video. Don't look at Treelounge and think other work like that. It's the only one that works like it does. Most of the rest are easier and less hassle to climb with.
