I still love my rifle but I'm convinced that your best chance of getting close to a good buck, undisturbed, is during archery season. Especially on private land.

I picked up the pictures today. I'll try to get them scanned and posted as soon as possible. This thing has a thick neck. I thought it was a little early for that.

Thanks. Due to a crazy work schedule, I'm going to catch up with some family time for the next few weeks. I still have 2 doe tags so I'll go out again towards the end of the season. I want to save at least 1 tag for buck camp. It's going to be a good one this year. We have a new member this year and an old member who moved out of state 5 years ago is back. It will be fun. I'm sure they'll have me pushing bush.
