RE: Warning

Sounds fishy. I have a hard time believing that someone can be that stupid. Did this man have a temper? Did they have a fight before they went out? I have known people who say a "hunting accident" can be a way to get away with murder. [:@] I sure would want every possibility looked into if I was the family of the poor guy that was shot. These things just shouldn't happen. An adult male looks NOTHING like a 25 pound turkey.

So, what are you getting at, Bob? You saying if that feller had a brain, he'd be dead? Is that your point? [8D]

BobCo, I guess seeing is believing. How can someone get thru life being so stupid? How does a guy who looks to go over 250 lbs look like anything you would be hunting?[:@] I may have to believe someone can be that stupid but I don't have to understand it.

Just KNOW YOUR ($*#*$% TARGET!

After seeing my partner shooken up the way he was after almost getting shot by a turkey hunter while he was walking back from his bowhunting stand, I take things much more seriously. - Be careful.

I do understand. Because of a thread on here a while back I picked up 3 of those green pen LED lights. I gave one to my Son and one to my Nephew. I have told them to ALWAYS have that on when heading out or coming back in the dark. That post about being drawn on while on private land was just to scary.

Sounds like you partner is OK. I am glad to hear that.

I'm from Pa. and we had a few so called accidental shootings for game in our state. We are recomended to wear orange while hunting and still have some one shooting at a person for game....In my oppinion there is not a human bing in the world that looks like a turkey, deer, or any game big or small. In Pa. we have alot of greedy people that thinks and who will do anything to Kill something to prove that they are Hunters. When a man dressed in orange walking down an open road gets misstakingly shot and killed for a piece of game....To me I call it greed and not an accident.
