I've looked all over the place and it seems the scent control industry has taken over the hunting garment industry. I can't afford a pair of pants that costs what some of those garments do, nor would I buy them if I could. My question is, has anyone seen a nice pair of hunting pants that meet these requirements?:
1. No velcro
2. Belt loops
3. Elastic or ties around the leg cuffs
4. Alot of pockets
5. Quiet
6. Light or medium material
7. Inexpensive (or reasonably priced)
Camo pattern doesn't matter, so long as it's some kind of camo.
Thanks for any tips! I can't for the life of me find pants that resemble this list........

Not sure about the leg ties but ASAT make a BDU that has everything else.
Edit just copied this from the ASAT web site.
Made of 100% brushed cotton. The BDU’s have double seats and knees, military styling/sizing with covered button pockets, waist adjusters and come in long length with blousible tie bottom legs. These are of the highest quality and will last you for many years of rough service.

How do you feel about open patterns?
IMO this is a great later season pattern. I won't break out mine until the leaves start to drop off the trees though.

Since I own a pair I can say they are quite and comfortable. The tie on the legs (no velcro
)
