Fourteen hours till archery season! I haven't seen any really nice bucks for a month or so but I know there around. I think I'll arrow a doe then work on the big boy.

On my game cam all does, fawns and a couple small bucks but no Hartford! Atleast I know where to hunt once rut starts.

I hear ya Bird Hunt Dog! I am waiting in anticipation myself. I have seen a few decent bucks, but mostly does. I plan on shooting a doe and then waiting for the big one. I CANT WAIT!!!

That's funny. At 14 hours I called my buddy and told him that it was only 14 hours. hehe! He called me at 16 hours. I'm pretty pumped too. I drove around some of the areas I hunt and saw one decent buck that was with 4 does. That was about my only bit of encouragement so far this year. I haven't seen much buck sign till tonight.

Yeah, I'll be out there in the morning. Opening day is always alot of fun. You look forward to it most of the year, now its here. I'm going out with my 6 year old son in our Double Bull ground blind. Hopefully we'll have some action!
