Default measuring arrow length?

I am looking to order some shafts from eders that are pre-cut. Where do I measure to get the proper length of my current arrows?

I think you measure from the very end of the insert to the base of the nock, that is, where the bottom of the "U" in the nock is.

Measure from the groove in the nock where the string sits, to the end of the shaft NOT INCLUDING the insert.
