I was talking to my neighbor last night who is an avid hunter but not into archery. He said this year he is going to give it a try though because a friend of his is giving him a bow he bought last year fully set up. The guy told hime he hardly shot it and didn't like it so he bought a new one and didn't want this one any more. But it gets better. I asked him what kind of bow it was and he said he wasn't sure but he knew it was "bow something". I said "bowtech" and he said yeah, that was it. I almost hit the floor. He is now getting a 1 year old bowtech fully loaded for NOTHING ! Man, I wish I knew more people who where handing out bowtechs like candy

Wow, that's definately a lucky find. Maybe he won't like bowhunting and he'll pass the equipment onto you?

That's not such a bad deal. If he was a real friend he would have given his a PSE though

that sounds like a real deal but i'll believe it when i see it .Who know's it might have ben a used bow to the other guy last season and now it's a new used bow to him.

nubo, you could be right, it may be second hand but if it says bowtech on it, it has to shoot better than anything else.

trestand, I hate to admit it but I think he did switch to a Mathews. However, I think he also stopped at every bar on the way to the bowshop.
