Default Bring Back The mathews MQ 1

I have a mathews legacy, lx, q2,and a MQ1 and I would have to say that my mq1 is the best all around shooting bow out of all of them. Each year I start the season shooting one of my new mathews but by the end of the year the old faithful MQ1 ends up back in my hand. I was fortunate to find a back up MQ1 in new condition a couple months ago and will hold on to both of them. I would like to know if I am crazy or has any one else experienced the same thing. " Mathews please bring back a MQ1 anniversary series!

Still have mine and it still shoots great as my backup. Now, if your collecting them I could be talked out of mine.

Love it.By far the best bow i have ever owned.I have a 2000 model wild turkey limited addition.Everybody told me to not shoot it and put it up as a collectors item. But, that didnt last, one shot and your hooked. All my other bows are now my back up.Try looking on e-bay,sometimes you can find them on there. Good luck

I would have to agree - I would like to see it come back as well.

What characteristics does the MQ1 have that the newer bows lack?

That would seem to go against all of their recent "Innovations" and they infamous logo.....

Yes the mq1 is the best and what does it lack all the extra c*** the new bows have to make them Quiet. My bow is solid shooting with carbons or aluminums.
The only thing I think that could be an improvement would be a slighter shortbrace height and ata length.
