Yep..that's my experience too.
Got a little "Heavy Handed" with the turnbuckle on my first Zero Effect rest I bought.......after much cursing and spinning in circles, I e-mailed Mark Land at Muzzy......3 days later I had not 1 but 2 new turnbuckles to play with!:)
It was nice to have a little extra "insurance" this time.
Same price as your rest plate.........zippo.
They picked up the tab on my own mistake.

I had the same thing happen with impact archery. I bought a treetop pendulum sight and it wouldn't swing far enough for longer shots and they sent me a modified one and didn't ask for the other back they just said keep it and if the light or pin gets broken use it for parts. Man that is great service!

With that kind of customer service your darn right I am going to endorse them...:)
