I am Impressed- I just contacted Muzzy about Exchanging a mounting plate I "havent even gotten yet" for one that will fit a Hoyt bow, and was told just give me your name and address and we will ship one out to you. I said "your going to send me a new one without your recieving my old one first in exchange?? The lady just told me "yes we'll
just trust you to send in your other one when you recieve it.
Im almost in a state of shock that there are still people who would do something like this in this day and age of half hearted service and the almighty dollar rules.

I had a similar experience with Amazon.com, they sent out a Digital Camera to me before I sent the one back that wasn't working properly. I know its not bowhunting, but I was impressed.

Every once in a while you find a store or manufacturer like that. You have done the best thing you can to pay them back, given them good publicity.

I always repay those companys that do me right, and I also, let people know about the ones I have problems with so that they can be aware of who they are dealing with if they find themselves in a situation with the same people.

In the archery industry, I have found PSE to be outstanding with thier customer service. Have only found a single shop in Oregon that I won't deal with.

I have had the same type of experience with Scott Archery.I needed a replacement strap for my release and thay shipped it to me without me having to pay first.They said just send them a check when I received the replacement.I thought that was really good of them.I will be using one of their releases as long as I shoot a bow,really impressed with the customer service that I recived from them.Glad to hear of another company that will go the extra mile for one of their customers.

Cobra, PSE, Scott,Carter, Zenith, and Muzzy are 4 of the most outstanding companies in archery that I have EVER dealt with. All have shown me and others A-1 service.

I haven't had any dealings with them yet, but I have also heard that PSE and Muzzy are top notch in CS.

Yep..that's my experience too.
Got a little &quot;Heavy Handed&quot; with the turnbuckle on my first Zero Effect rest I bought.......after much cursing and spinning in circles, I e-mailed Mark Land at Muzzy......3 days later I had not 1 but 2 new turnbuckles to play with!:)
It was nice to have a little extra &quot;insurance&quot; this time.
Same price as your rest plate.........zippo.
They picked up the tab on my own mistake.

I had the same thing happen with impact archery. I bought a treetop pendulum sight and it wouldn't swing far enough for longer shots and they sent me a modified one and didn't ask for the other back they just said keep it and if the light or pin gets broken use it for parts. Man that is great service!

With that kind of customer service your darn right I am going to endorse them...:)

Muzzy is a great customer first company, I recently installed the zero effect rest on my Mathews and had a problem with the cable gaurd length, I called Mark and he sent me a &quot;prototype&quot; of the new short roller which will be selling soon! A great guy to deal with and a great company! The industry should take a lesson from MUZZY!!

same thing happened to me last week, I just gotten my new buckmaster G2, installed everything and I have a very low nock point, called buckmaster and they could not give me a good answer, so they said to send it to us and we will se what is wrong. I sent to them and I wanted heaver limbs (70-80 lb) and the tech who worked on it said no problem ,free of charge, they found the rest prongs out of wack causing the low nock, and I ask if I could get 65%module in the 29 and 30 inch and he said no problenm free of charge, they even gave me two types of cable guards with the shock stop installed and said to try 1 and see which I like better and to keep the other one, free of charge.. and then send back overnight free of charge....
