Apples, peanuts and candy bars. I like the idea of pb&j. Also water (no soda). Don't forget the pee bottle.

When I get hungry, I just pop a doe and grill her up. Actually, jerky, candy bars, water.....etc....

If deer smell the food or drink, they probably wont spook. unless that smell is directly associated with a predator, ie the smell of a coyote, they wont spook but if they see you eating it then they probably will turn tail and run.

Full lunch and snacks if I am planning on being out all day. If only for a few hours to a half day...and apple and bottle of water will suffice. I tend to leave a soda in the truck with pretzels or banana to enjoy on the ride home.
