question about tuning a bow.....

Hey guys,
I'm just getting back into bow hunting and I'm having a difficult time tuning my bow. First, let me tell you what I have. I have an old Browning Summit bow set at 70lbs. It has a old prong style arrow rest with the spring loaded button.
I just got carbon arrows for it and have it hitting / grouping pretty well at 20 yrds. Here's my question. When I look at the arrow on the rest and the sights it appears that the sights are way left of where the arrow is sitting. as it leaves the rest. When I shoot the bow, the arrow kindof flares to the left and fishtails then straighens out before hitting the target. I looked at the rest and the arrow and it seems like everything on the arrow is clearing
How do I correct this? I tried to move my rest farther out from the bow frame Thinking that maybe the fletching is hitting the bow somehow but it just makes the arrow fly farther left which means I have to adjust the sights farther left. It just doesn't appear to be properly aligned. I haven't had a chance to shoot it at 30 yrds and 40 yrds yet because my yard is not big enough but I'm worried that the farther the distance the more the arrow is going to drift to the left.
I'm shooting with a release so I know that's not the problem. And the arrows are grouping well so I know I'm not pulling them unless I'm doing it very consistently.
Any suggestions?

It sounds like you centershot is off. Nock a arrow and measure the distance from your riser to the center of the arrow and set that measurement 13/16". This will give you a good starting point and try to adjust it from there.
