ASAT treestand pics WOW!!

What can pattern do when it's purched 20 ft. in a tree with nothing but late fall branches and sky to hide behind? Show us pic's from the ground, looking up at the hunter. This is the exact duplication to a bowhunting set-up. Without getting into a debate about which camo's are better, I will say ASAT is one of the better ones on the market. I personally feel Predator is a better pattern, but they are both 500 times better than the blob crap that most of the big boy's are pushing down the throats of the typical unknowing hunter! When it comes to business, Realtree and Mossy Oak have this thing figured out. When it comes to making a pattern that actually works in a treestand, they've got junk......
With that all being said, getting into position for a shot on a trophy is hard enough, let-alone if you have to rely on good cover in a tree to keep you concealed. It seems like I never have this luxury. You have to get it done with what you've got to work with. Predator and ASAT give a hunter a HUGE advantage in this catagory. If you saw have the "twigs" I've hunted in, you'd laugh your arse off! 10 feet of the ground in a glorified bush is when you need some good camo.

wow wee thats good stuff...does it come in size 3x ?? This is really nice camo..sniper type stuff...really nice blend with all backgrounds...Even without a background....crouching down you would resemble a hedge or clump of vegetation. You should look into getting a government contract for the sniper schools....you gotta patent??? Better than a ghillie suit..!!

That camo will work great if the deer's sight is like a bad digital camera![8D]
J/K... ASAT rocks. Wish I could afford to get some but the budget's tight. Anyone have pics of it without a leafy background?

I agree that visually ASAT is one of the best patterns out there. I just purchased the 3d leafy suit and love the pattern, what I dont love is the noise the suit makes. Those little leaves rub on the mesh, making a swishing noise every time you move. Under most conditions an animal wont hear it, but what scares me is one of those whisper quiet mornings, I go to draw my bow and that swishing noise sends whatever I'm shooting at flying through the woods. I emailed ASAT and they said to wash the suit a few more times, I'm going to try that but if it doesnt work I'm sending the 3d Leafy Suit back and try to find something quieter.

Silverhawk since you are so value orientedt you could have gotten the ASAT camo pants jacket and head cover for the same price you paid for just that green jacket....go figure[8D]Guys just a tid-bit. I am 5'11" 195 lbs 34 inch waist 30 inch inseam. I ordered the ASAT 3-d suit in XL and it was way too big. Pant legs were like a foot too long and jacket was too roomy> I oredered mine from the Smollacks (the people who make the suit I guess) and I returned the suit and they are sending me a large should be here this week hopefully. Consider this before you order
