I used thunderheads and they are very good but i think i like the muzzy head a little better due to durability and better blade retention. The thunders are sharper out of the box tho.

Yup..... I shoot 125gr Thunderheads. They are really great and wickedly sharp. I don't see a need to switch.

I don't like them. They're what I started with, then I got rid of them after two major mishaps. First, a broadhead blew up in my block target, left all three blades somewhere inside. Then, during an elk hunt, I pulled out my "number one for takeoff" arrow to inspect it, and discovered that a sliver of foam from the quiver had worked its way in between one blade and the ferrule. What would have happened if I had launched that arrow into the side of an elk? I might as well have had a field point.

I'm sure 9,000 of you will want to make counterpoints about this, but I want a broadhead that I don't have to micromanage every 5 minutes to make sure it's not going to come apart on me. Thunderheads fail this test.
Just my opinion.
