I've been hearing a lot of good things about the Pro Hunters although I do not personally shoot Gold Tips.
If you're wanting a premium arrow why not take a look at the A/C/Cs? IMO there is no better hunting arrow.

Over pricecd in my opinion. All of the Eastons seem to be over priced. The 40-50 bucks I save on an equal if not better(IMO) dozen arrows is just too much for me to consider using the Eastons.

the xts have been a great arrow for me for the last 2 yrs and they can take a beating. out to 40yrds they work fine for me and group well. for the money the pro hunters are not worth the extra money. the black shafts work best for me for when i refletch i dont have to worry about scraping the camo off--and to help protect the finish in the fiber after i fletch i use the armor all wipes and wipe down the shafts to bring out the finish also.

I would recommend the GT Pro series, you do need to use the chart and make sure you match the shaft to the bow, check the chart at www.huntersfriend.com

I have shot both the Expedition(.006) and XT(.003) in the 5575 spine. I rarly get a flyer, and cant tell a difference in how they shoot. I fact i have to look at the printing on them to tell the difference.
