I've got parts of several stages floating around in me, but most of what I see is the trophy stage. Even though I take several does every year, I pass on small bucks and keep my buck tags for the possible trophy I'm after.

You left out the stage where a bowhunter really only goes out in the woods to set in a tree stand all day to escape the madness of teenagers and a wife...

Oops...also to enjoy wildlife and maybe fill a tag.

I think they left out a stage. It is called bowhuntingaholic. Early sighns might be driving down the road looking at cows in a field and trying to figure out were you would want to place your arrow if you were shooting a cow standing at that angle. Other symptoms might be not remembering the last twenty minutes ofthe highway because you were looking for deer in every field you past even in the middle of the day or you were trying to figue out were would be a good place for a stand if you were going to hunt that property. I am thinking about starting a support group. I know I need help. But a tell tail sighn is when your wife makes a coment like. If you could never bow hunt again or you could never see me again what would you choose and you have to lie. You are a bowhuntaholic.

ROFLMAO

And when you go to the zoo and hold your arms up like your holding a bow trying to figure out where to put the arrow.. All the little kids look terrified.
