Welcome aboard, nice buck. good luck with your gaol, shooting other deer are great practice for when that bigger buck comes along again and it will. I always try to take a doe each year to keep the doe population down. Welcome again.

Welcome to the board Jay! these guy's are definetly right about a great group of people here on this forum,there's a quite a variety of knowledge and experience here, and I know you'll get the answer's you need to answer all your question's.It will be up to you to figure out which will work for you. that's a great looking buck and I'd definetly be proud to have it mounted on my wall.Here in Ontario it can be difficult to match that although there are some beauty's out here.
