360 hours this past season. Abut 15% of those hours were in the middle of the day. The two biggest bucks I saw were between 12:00-2:00 p.m. I live on the border of Texas, Arkansas. Can Bow hunt from Sept 27 to Feb 31st Between the two states and take a total of 6 deer. My wife want's to move. I told her go ahead.

Geez! Not nearly enough! Probably 20 hours scouting preseason, 8 hours first day- only saw 3 deer- no bucks. 2 hrs second day, shot an 8 point buck cleaned and checked in by 10 am. 16 hours or so the following weekend- nada. probably another 10 hrs with a friend near home- again nada. I've already got the itch to get back out there this fall- when is the first cold front going to come???

I haven't added it all up, but with an average of 3 days per week 3-4 hours in the morning and another 3 in the afternoon PLUS the weeks during the rut where I'm there dark to dark and I guess I'm the hundreds of hours range.
