Just wanted to send out a BIG THANKS to Len @ Macrotech. I was having some trouble with Muzzy rest and he spent about an hour working to correct the problem. As he worked on my bow he took the time to explain things that he was doing. This is the type of customer service that I have been looking for since getting back into archery 3 years ago. I wish I would have taken the time to research my pro shop as I do some of my equipment. Len you are a true professional in your field and thanks again for the great customer service. Its nice not to be treated like another number.

From what I hear on these boards, Len is a TRUE professional. I wish a few more would follow his example. Finding a good proshop is like finding a needle in a haystack. Len, coming to Texas anytime soon?

Going with Mactotech was the best decision I made. Len has taught me allot and his great customer services is worth every penny.

I've been preaching the value of a good proshop, for some time on these forums. Your choice in bow shops is far more important than the bow brand you decide to buy. I'm sure Len's shop qualifies as one that will improve your archery experience.

He sure changed my opinion of what a PRO shop should be. Sad thing is that IMO, he set's the benchmark for everyone else to follow. Whew...the mark is very high.

There are not many like Len around. He definitely does serve as a role model for what a good pro shop can be. My hat goes off to him.

I agree the choice in your proshop outweigh's the importance in which brand of bow you shoot.
