Which offer would you choose?
1. A free 5-year exclusive lease to 1000 acres of prime deer area that consistently holds an exceptional population of deer, having an excellent population of P&Y bucks. However, you must hunt with an unused compound bow that is 15 years old in design and features, equipped with unused basic shooting components that are also of an older design, and a 5-year supply of heavy aluminum arrows mounted with fixed heads. All equipment will be provided at no cost.
2. A free 5-year exclusive lease to 1000 acres of having a mediocre population of deer with average sized (antlered) bucks, with an occasional P&Y being in the area. You can use a new and current compound bow, have any accessory you want, and you will be provided a 5-year supply of arrows and broadheads of your choice. All equipment will be provided at no cost
Either choice requires that you must hunt only the 1000 acres (no other area) for 5 years, and you cannot replace any of your equipment unless it is worn or breaks, but replacement must be of the same design and vintage.
At the end of the 5-year period, Choice #1 retains exclusive rights to the 1000 acres and can now update equipment as desired, but must cover the cost him/herself.
Choice #2 loses right to hunt the area, but is given a new setup of his/her choice.

#1 here too...Guys have shot deer with wood bows and sticks. Why not 15 year old equipment? As I see it, you have one year to get good at shooting that older bow and equipment and then 4 solid years of hunting the land. Let me know. Want my email address?

#1 of course.
Indians killed deer with sticks and stones fashioned into a bow and arrow.
It is no contest, and old compound with aluminum arrows.
I'd coose #1 if it was only recurve and ceder arrow.

This is easy! #1 of course, 15 years ago, I had an old Bear whitetail hunter compound. You know, the ones with cables running all over & about 10 % let-off. I shot deer with that, so , ya no problem..........#1.
