Just got myself a new Hoyt Bow. I was wondering if anyone has had any luck with the hoyt style 2 piece quivers? I'm using a qwikee now but it gets in the way sometimes adjusting my Impact Cosmic sight.
Thanks

I just bought a Hoyt two peice 4-arrow quiver for my Hoyt Protec tword the end of this past season. I was using a Hoyt 6 arrow quick detatch. and I also tried a hip qiuver again this year. I went with a 4 arrow two peice for the fact that it is lighter than a 6 and alot better balanced on the bow than a quick detatch being it mounts at the top and bottom compared to the quick detatch that has all the weight opposite of you bow hand. That and I had a few events this year where I had opportunities at game on the ground walking through the woods and my bow was tuned to shoot without the quiver off. So I never felt that confident with it on. Another time I shot and missed and I had to reach behind me in the tree to pluck another arrow haveing to take my eyes of the deer not to mention making alot of monement.. If I had the quiver on the bow it would of have been right there . finally I was honest with my self and concluded I would probablly never let loose four arrows during a hunt if I ever did and did'nt collect my animal then its probablly time to re-evaluate me or my equipment. I did need to get some mini limb savers to quiet it down ( they do work I was scepticle). That and I got a great deal on it too being it was a 2002 model the same as my bow and in the same camo pattern. I think I got it for like $14.
Good Luck.
