Just wondering everyone's choice. I go back and forth between the 2.

I have used both and also a bow quiver but taking it off at the tree stand. I learn a lesson last year. I took the quiver off when I was in the stand and missed an 8. He gave me a second chance and if I had the quiver on the bow I could have taken it. My quiver stays on now.

I use an Alpine Soft Lock that I often remove when in the stand. Sometimes I leave it on, sometimes I don't. I practice with it both on and off.... just depends on the circumstances.
