Toby,

After shooting the Pat SC, I think you would absolutely love that bow. I've shot the Ultra Max before as well (when deciding on my MQ-1), and -- like you said -- would probably give you the best of both worlds. You'd probably get even more speed than you're currently experiencing (at least AS much), but, golly, she's smooth. Just no kick there at all.

Yep, it would've been nice to have hooked up. Arnold's just a hop, skip, and a jump from where we were!

I assume you've been to The Game Bag close to you?

If you pull into the wall hard enough are you squishing the little o-ring on the draw stop?

MQ1Shooter,

I'm affraid your right, I just wish I had the cash to buy one right now.

BTW....Game Bag closed their doors. The operation has been on the downfall for some time. It was sold to a new group and opened as Broken Arrow Archery. The family running it seem to be very nice people but they don't carry much of inventory, of anything. I guess their new to the business. It's still a decent place to shoot though.

That is pretty darn fast Mike and somewhat right in line we what we talked about before. I am surprised though in the ratio of speed increase per the amount of weight decreased. It looks like you are gaining roughly 1 fps for every 2 grains of arrow weight decreased.

Yeah I noticed that too, it likes the lighter arrows, maybe it is a spine issue. That would be an interesting test.

That could be though I remember something in the B-tech manual last year where such a ratio was suggested for the single cam bows.
