I've been shooting for years using a peep sight closing one eye. I know people who use a peep and shoot with both eyes open. I plan on shooting with both eyes open when I practice this spring and maybe when the season opens it will be second nature. How do you shoot? Is there a right or wrong way?

i dont know how people can shoot with 2 eyes open i see double everything. But with one eye i can shoot a 1/2 group at 25 yards. Even with skeet I cant shoot like that but I still hit em

G-MAN,
I've always shot with both eyes open. I get to see more of what's going on, before, during and after the shot....whether I'm hunting or shooting 3-D.
The difficult habit to break, when you thinking about using 1 or 2 eyes, is not to drop your bow arm and look at the arrow while it's still in flight. Concentrate on the intended target and make sure your bow arm stays in place until the arrow has made contact. This type of "follow-through" will help your shot consistancy.
I use this method for both conventional and traditional bows.
