I'm picking up my Patriot S/C tomorrow. It had really come down between 2 bows; the Patriot and the Hoyt Supertec. It all boils down to the fact that I plain out wanted a fast bow. I went with the Patriot for a couple of reasons:

1) Higher adjustable let off 65-80%. The Hoyt Spiral Cam only offered 55-65%

2) Adjustable draw length. The Hoyt Spiral Cam is ordered in a specific draw length only so I would have to hope that it fit.

3) Patriot has a 7" brace height, the Supertec is a 6" hrace height bow.

4) Resaleability. If I get the Patriot and don't like it I can probably sell it easier due to the reasons listed above. If I went with the Supertec it would be more of a specialty bow.

I'm pretty sure I'll be happy with my decision.

That's one of the first bows I'd shoot if I was in the market. Congrats on your new toy!

Congrats, if I were to buy another Bowtech, that is exactly what I would choose. And, between those 2, I feel the Patriot is a better bow, especially for hunting.
