And Reacher where did you get the Mathews LX picture thing for the signature, I want one of those!
I just cropped the Logo from the Mathews site and then made the LX part of it with photoshop.

Thanks Reacher,

PMantle don't worry about speed, the Outback has it, just worry on what bow is the smoothest!

The 80% let off on the Outback and LX is nice, I shoot 80% on my LX, and would not shoot 65%!!

went to the shop at lunch. The Outbacks were in. I love the new camo. The grip is an improvement, IMHO, over the older grips. I did not have time to shoot one, but I did draw a 29". It was much smoother than my bow with the max cam, but it was backed off some. I could creep more than with the Ultramax, but not much more. There were no 04 Bowtechs, so I could not compare it to the MM VFT anyway. I will go back when I have more time.

I've got the MQ-32, and don't have any plans to own another bow.

I buy a new Mathews each year (generally) and now have an Outback. Love it, love it, love it!

I have been shooting a Q2 for he past 3 years. I went to the shop just about an hour ago to shoot the Outback to see if it was really as great as everybody is saying. I shot the LX last year and just didn't like it enough more than my Q2 to shell out $650.00 for it.
As I said I just got back from shooting the Outback. I just had to see if it was that much better than my Q2. It is really one sweet bow. I couldn't believe how quiet and how smooth it was. As someone else said, the new grip design is a big improvement over the old grips. Very nice shooting bow.
Oh by the way, did I mention that mine will be in in about 2 weeks!!!
Just couldn't pass it up. Ya only live once I guess!
