I will be owning a MM VFT within the next week. Yesterday I went and shot the Liberty, MM VFT, Justice and Mathews Outback. I chose the MM VFT over them all. Hopefully they will get a Patriot SC in before I pic up the MM VFT just to make sure but if not I know I'll love that little bow.
Greg.

I would buy whatever bow I liked, that was carried by the best bow shop in my area. The brand is completely unimportant. They are all good. I want the shop to stand behind my purchase in the event of any problems and will choose from whatever they carry. I've shot tons of bows that I liked very much and can't imagine how anyone could only find one bow or one manufacturer that could supply them with a great bow.

ncbowhunter said it best. I would keep the one I have now. I do have to wonder why I notice certain companies seem to pop up with "greatest customer service" or "customer service second to none". Seems to me with a quality bow one should rarely need cusomer service. Perhaps one might ask why all those people are needing customer service in the first place.

ralphie,

Every company has problems, due to them or not! We all know that you are talking about BowTech, so lets just get that out in the open! The thing is, BowTech is willing to fix any problems, caused by them or not! Also, they are accessible! How many other bow companies have there technician, owners, ect... e-mail address on them? No matter what company, they have problems, and in BowTech's case, it is nice to know that you will get the help that you DESERVE!!!!!

If I was looking for a new bow this year I'd have to SERIOUSLY look at the new Merlin's. I had a Merlin Quest a couple of years ago, and it was extremely nice... just too short A2A for me to get comfortable with. Merlin quality is second to none. I currently have a Hoyt and a Mathews. The Hoyt is quieter, the Mathews is faster.

I have been looking at the bowtechs. But now the question is... which one?? They are all real nice bows. I was looking at the tech 29. The patriot has too long of an ATA for my likings. But the tech 29, mightymite, and blackhawks are nice.

jbrodie,

If you like the short bows, definetly check out the BowTech Justice. It has the freedom cam and is just one heck of a sweet shooting bow. It isn't as fast, but man is it great.

Ralphie ! just to inform you that customer relation's doesn't necessarly mean a break down but If you need advice or any other question's you need answer's to they will respond immediatly not 2 week's down the road or not at all . I'll tell you that I have had some problem's getting my hand's on my new BowTech Patriot Dually and if it wasn't for BowTech and a couple of guy's on this forum I'd be shooting a bow that was not the bow I thought it was .I'll explain this in a later post when my new Dually show's ,but as well buck Magnet is absolutely right all companies have little problem's and mistakes they're only human just like you and me .

Hmmmm, I would have to say I would have to buy B. M.'s bow, as it is already broke in and fine tuned, and if I could'nt buy that one then I would be looking at the Mathews new line and the new line of Bowtechs...Tough choice!!![:@]
