I bought six arrows and the silver part on the front (forgot what it is called) came off. It holds the tips in. What kind of glue do I need to replace it. Thanks

You mean the inserts? That's odd. I'd take them back and have whoever you bought them from fix them.

Yea the inserts. I have heard of some glue you put in them. What type of glue is that. Would super glue work.

Depends on whether the arrow are carbon or aluminum. Take them back to where you bought them and make them fix them.

I have some glue I got from the proshop but it is a heck of a lot stronger than super glue. Some kind of appoxy.

I'd take them back.

I have some modeling cement I will try. I don't want to bug the guy since he has done so much for me already at no cost. Anyways I think it was partly my fault. They are carbon arrows.

Get new inserts for the arrows that you are useing. Then get either some five minute epoxy or some 24 hour epoxy, depending on how long you want to wait. Rough up the inside of the arrow with a clean rifle bore brush of the apropriate size then wash out with water and let dry. Mix up the epoxy and lightly coat the insert as well as the inside of the arrow (a toothpick works good for this). Now install the insert with a broadhead furrell screwed into the insert and spin the arrow to make sure that the insert is straight in the arrow while the epoxy is still wet. Adjust if needed.

Gorilla Glue, Tuffest glue i know of. I also use a H.S. melt stick for my inserts, but I prefer the gorilla glue overall.

Clean the core properly using a q-tip dipped in some methyl hydrate (99% pure) allow a few seconds to dry. Using LOCTITE 401 (instant adhesive) squeeze two or so drops on the insert and spread around insert, then immediately press insert 'all the way' into the core of the arrow.
Make sure you get the insert all the way in on the first attempt, as this stuff bonds instantly--and you wouldn't want your insert stuck half-way into the arrow. You can then use an old rag and wipe the end of the insert removing whatever bit of glue was squeezed out.
