Get new inserts for the arrows that you are useing. Then get either some five minute epoxy or some 24 hour epoxy, depending on how long you want to wait. Rough up the inside of the arrow with a clean rifle bore brush of the apropriate size then wash out with water and let dry. Mix up the epoxy and lightly coat the insert as well as the inside of the arrow (a toothpick works good for this). Now install the insert with a broadhead furrell screwed into the insert and spin the arrow to make sure that the insert is straight in the arrow while the epoxy is still wet. Adjust if needed.
