I personally am tired of all the bowhunting shows and really would rather see shows that have more BOOM in them!:D

Nah i like watching bow and gun hunts . it breaks the off season lull.

I really can't stand the show , i think it's called , american sportsman . you know they have larry wiensun???? and some other clowns on a segment called you call the shot. give me break watch it and you'll see these self called "experts " in action. oh and michael handiback they need to throwback!

The fever! what a joke. this sqeeky voice guy and his fake smiled wife hunt! yeah right. i can't stand to watch the two they are too fake!

the drury bros don't even deserve to be mentioned.


i like adventure outdoors , primos ,realtree roadtrips,turkey country, and wild outdoors. and a few i can't remember.

And cpt backstrap said lots i would like to say but no reason.

Hey Proff, I'm with you on the Ted comments. I've noticed the same thing in the last couple of years. He talks the moral thing and then come to find out he has an eight year old son with some lady who is not Shemane. But I too thank him for supporting our heritage. I believe that is what ole Fred Bear wanted. Educate the uninformed. Also noticed it is very easy to let your subscription runout since I'ver never received a renewal notice(4 years now). I even called them about the issue.
On Dan Fitzgerald, I can't say only seen his show once. However, I do love his video with Bob Foulkrod (Pass Through I think) hunting pigs in Tennessee.

Maybe we should goto Uncle Ted's electronic campfire and inform him on how we feel.

Charlie P you hit the nail on the head!! I voiced an opinion once, just ONCE, about what we are talking about and you wouldn't believe the slams I took. I was told that as a member I should agree with everything Ted says and does no matter what. Can you believe that? This came from other members but not Ted himself. But you are right, Ted doesn't take constructive critiscm well at all. As I said, and he will admit, he feels that he is the Alpha male and his way is the only way. That can be good sometimes, but usually it can spell trouble.
Doeculler, if you want to go to Ted's message board and speak your mind, Good luck and more power to ya buddy!!! [:-] Hope you have thick skin because you will be lambasted. There are some great people as members, but there are alot of them that are almost like cult members. BEWARE THE TEDHEADS!!!! Good luck!!

Not to beat a dead horse, but on the subject of Ted. I just recieved and e-mail from the one of the TNUSA directors that VH1 is going to run a full season of " Surviving Nugent", the 2 hour reality show that they aired this past summer. According to the newsletter VH1 recieved very positive reviews on the show and are hoping that it will become as big as Survivor for them. I watched and as a whole thought it was Ok, there were some stuff that I thought was kind of dumb to show but I loved the way he reduced that Peta loving vegetarian girl to a crying whining little bowl of jello! And some of his comments to the gay guy were pretty funny.How many of you guys saw it and what was your opinion of it. Just wondering.

Ya I watched the show. Thought it was great. Glad to hear they are continuing the show. Ted has alot of good ideas and explains things well (usually). Then again he had one of the greatest teachers Papa Fred.

I think the Primos boys represent my thoughts on hunting best. My opinion on Ted Nugent, Although I understand his love of hunting and can take most of his comments with a grain of salt. I think he hurts our sport more than he helps it. Any antis out there or people who are middle of the road on hunting issues see Ted and think he represents the rest of us hunters. "Kill them and Grill them". That quote can't be helpin the cause.
