Default Will Beatty Buck now be entered into P&Y?

Now that the Pope&Young Club will accept animals taken with a bow with a higher let-off than 65%, will Mike Beatty enter his 304 B&C non-typical? "Effective January 1, 2004, the Club will begin accepting entries taken with compound bows that have let-off greater than 65%. This change is retroactive, meaning that animals harvested in the past can now be submitted for possible acceptance into the Records"- a direct quote from P&Y's website.

I would imagine that would be the case Deerslayer_37, But... You never know. Beatty might not, we'll just have to see.

While I am in disagreement with the letoff rule change....I hope Mike Beatty enters his buck.

A good, honest guy![8D]

Personally I realy don't care if he enters it or not. I know it exists, I've seen it, it's an amazing deer. Whether or not Mike enters it will not take away from either the animal nor Mike's accomplishment in harvesting it. The "book" does not make a buck.

FFTJ - Well, I mean, if its an EQUAL kill in all respects, why put the *** by it ?

Its like being SEC X ball champion * **

(* indicates not eligible for championship play)
(** indicate not eligible for post season play)

Not really a "championship" afterall , is it ?
