someone hit a deer last nite and i got it.upon dressing this deer i found a couple worms in the pile.i only saw 2. is this common cause ive never found any before. would you still eat the meat???

I have not noticed any worms in the gut pile, but deer as well as other animals are subject to all sorts of parisites. I doubt it is anything to worry about.

most animals have parisites. were these tape worms ?if tape worms no need to worry at all. if the worms are in the flesh there not tape worms and you will find black hard spots in the flesh itself . freezing the meat within 3 days will control and kill all parasites. the meat will still be better then the parasite infested pork and beef from your local grocery
