Red Stag Archery Hunt (pics/video)
Spot and stalk Red Stag
A red stag I encountered. Spotted across a ravine.
Using all my 40X zoom before a stalk. This stag is about 300 yards away.
Swing and a miss. All that time spent stalking resulted in a 35 yard miss.
2nd times a charm. 41 Yard shot and a pass through that went 30 feet beyond the stag.
250 Grain Cutthroat broadhead.
550 Lb. Stag
Lots of red stag meat for the freezer

2018 has been a pretty good year so far. Ive been able to take 7 species in 5 states with more to come in 2018 as I have a few other hunts scheduled before the year ends.
