Spot and stalk Red Stag

A red stag I encountered. Spotted across a ravine.

Using all my 40X zoom before a stalk. This stag is about 300 yards away.



Swing and a miss. All that time spent stalking resulted in a 35 yard miss.



2nd times a charm. 41 Yard shot and a pass through that went 30 feet beyond the stag.
