76 lbs. maxed out on a 70 lb. bow. i am comfortable with it and it gives me plenty of speed and energy. i know it gives me enough energy to punch through 2 elk shoulder blades, two elk lungs and everything elk inbetween. and deer.

60# warm weather, turn it down to 55# during cold weather. I shoot a cam 1/2
bow so it still has plenty of zip out to 30 yrds and switch to a cut on contact head
[ rocky ironhead 100 ] at 55#.
