Default Scent of blood

So what' s the general thinking on the scent of blood.

You shoot a deer and gut it and quarter it, put it in the cooler. Do you descent all of your clothes again? Anyone just go back to hunting?

I helped a buddy with his today and my camo smells (to me and my weak human olfactory) like buck musk alone. Will the scent of blood spook them or is it overpowered by the musk scent?

i dont think the blood scent will spook them. I think your own scent is much more likely to than the blood.

I personally wash all my clothing after dealing with a dead deer. Not only to get the " dead" smell off, but also because you normally sweat while dragging. [8D]
