I hunt state land and this morning found a permanent stand built 40 yds from where I was hunting. I have many spots and use a climber but putting stands up on wma' s is Illegal. He has about 6 2 by 4' s as steps nailed between 2 trees leading to a platform about 12 feet off the ground. What would you do?

The right thing to do is call the game commission. Though I' d be tempted to take a hammer and knock it out of the tree.

Definetly call the game warden. He' ll take it down or give you permission to. Its probably someone getting ready for the gun season. Surprise opening morning!!
